Nopatience Records is an independent label specializing in the production of high quality vinyl records, audio cassettes and ephemeral artifacts from the Australian musical underground.
Since 2009 NPR has worked to highlight Australian artists on an international platform through release and distribution, as well as provide booking and tour management for international artists touring through Australia, South East Asia and Japan, working closely with labels, collectives and individuals in each region.

Nopatience Records operates on the land of the Kaurna people, South Australia. Sovereignty has never been ceded.

Nopatience Records aims to provide a platform for underground and independent artists with as much respect and consideration of the groups’ autonomy and self-direction as possible. NPR aims to maintain a community minded, people over profit, DIY, approach to show booking, touring, and distribution. Music is a growing and learning process, but this goal remains central to all actions.

Nopatience Records believes firmly in the empowering nature of music, the integrity of underground communities, and the incredible results of collective action. NPR aims to embrace diversity of representation, to delivery challenging and engaging programming, and at all times work collectively with artists, organizers, and audiences to transcend live music traditions.

As of 2020, 15% of profits from the sale of each release will be donated to an organization of the artists choosing.
